Machine Features

Main machine base is welded by H beam steel and then processed by CNC gantry milling machine for high precision. Guide-pillar type roller stands after milling are screwed on the machine base to form the main machine structure.

Can roll form 1.5-4.0mm thickness galvanized steel coils and cold rolled steel coils.
Can produce both w beam and thrie beam guardrails.
Whole line speed can reach up tp 18-20m/min with separated leveller, punching unit, gear box drive roll former and servo flying cutoff.
Guide pillar type roller stands are easy for adjust the spacers and rollers.
High precision of punching location with servo feeder.
Gear box drive has the advantages of stable performance, low noise and long lifetime.
Exact accuracy of cutting to length.
